• Spam and Unauthorized Advertising: Send spam, bulk messages, or unauthorized advertisements through the Platform, or use the QR code feature to distribute spam or misleading links.
• Malware and Hacking: Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other users’ accounts, or our systems.
3. Security and System Integrity
To protect our Platform and users, you agree not to:
• Attempt to bypass security mechanisms, probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities in our Platform or networks.
• Engage in any activities that could disrupt or overload our services, servers, or infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to collect information from the Platform or interfere with its functionality.
4. QR Code Feature Use
The QR code feature is intended to provide convenient access to web pages created on our Platform. You agree to:
• Use QR codes only as intended within the context of your created website and for lawful purposes.
• Avoid redirecting QR codes to inappropriate, harmful, or unauthorized external sites.
• Ensure that QR codes do not link to prohibited or misleading content as outlined in this AUP.
5. Content Guidelines
To maintain a respectful and lawful online environment, you are responsible for ensuring that all content you publish via the Platform complies with this AUP and all applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
6. Reporting Violations
If you encounter any content or behavior that violates this AUP, please report it to us at info@snowmaple.ca. We investigate reports promptly and take appropriate action as necessary, including account suspension or termination.
7. Enforcement and Consequences
Snowmaple Technologies Ltd. reserves the right to:
• Monitor use of the Platform to ensure compliance with this AUP.
• Restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP.
• Take further action, including legal action, where necessary, for egregious violations of this policy.
8. Updates to this Policy
We may update this AUP periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised AUP.
